Diamonds & Rust is a lifestyle shop built around a simple, compelling idea: that homes feel better when they’re collected, not just decorated.

Founded in 2010 by Janelle Bannon, a Massachusetts native with an eye shaped by the New England coast, the shop specializes in vintage and antique furniture, faded textiles, aged brass, old signs, painted cabinets, and things with what Janelle calls good bones and honest materials.

Alongside furniture and home goods, the shop carries vintage and contemporary clothing, workwear, denim, fisherman’s sweaters, outerwear, and accessories, plus apothecary, wellness goods, and a growing collection of coastal-themed new pieces that sit naturally beside the old.

Everything is sourced throughout New England, and many pieces are cleaned, repaired, or refinished by hand to make sure they’re ready for daily life again without erasing their past.
